Pleven Philharmonic invites you to a concert

Classical music enthusiasts will have the opportunity to experience the vast works of two great composers – Sergei Rachmaninoff, one of the last representatives of late Russian Romanticism, and the brilliant Austrian composer of the Classical era, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
